Markos Design Workshop, RIBA Chartered Architects helps clients maximize rental income with sustainable tiny home designs.

MDW adopts a unique, multidisciplinary approach to architecture rooted in our carpentry background. This gives us an understanding of the integration of materials and structures, enhancing our ability to determine 'what will work', both from a financial and construction perspective. Our proficiency in this domain makes us a favoured choice among clients, engineering firms, and contractors.
Our firm has secured over 20 grants in recent years and can assist clients in receiving funding for their projects. Moreover, we have expertise as Architect Developers and own a portfolio of commercial properties and stocks and shares. This equips us with a solid understanding of project costs and commercial limitations.

About Peter
I am committed to overseeing every project from its inception to its completion. Designing, preparing construction information, and witnessing spaces take shape.
With me, you won't become a cog in a corporate wheel, nor will you be delegated to an assistant. It's a collaborative journey between us to realise your project’s full potential.
My background in architecture spans over ten years, with experience in renowned firms like Hawkins/Brown in London, Howells in Birmingham, and SPA Design in New Delhi. I completed my degrees at the University of Sheffield, University College London and my diploma at the Architects Association.
Additionally, my skills extend to carpentry, a craft I practice, as some projects have been undertaken as self-builds. This dual expertise as an architect, developer and carpenter gives me a comprehensive understanding of construction, detailing and financial constraints that can best serve our clients. This blend of capabilities ensures I can deliver your project so that it is not only visually appealing and financially viable but also well executed.
